Behind every successful business is a person who bet on themselves when nobody else would. That's the story The Real Edits was built to tell.

Amirsaleh: Founder Building Content Systems

Meet Amirsaleh

Amirsaleh is the Founder and CEO of Curatix Content Agency, based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Working at the intersection of media, technology, and entrepreneurship, he helps businesses and founders build scalable content systems that bring structure to their digital presence. His journey began as a young creator and gradually evolved into building strategic frameworks that help organizations grow with greater clarity and efficiency.

The Curiosity That Started Before Most People Begin

Some people discover their direction after years of study, employment, or experimentation. For Amirsaleh, that process started much earlier.

When he speaks about his journey, there is a recurring theme that appears again and again: the willingness to step into unfamiliar territory long before he felt ready.

Part of that journey began during his early childhood. Between the ages of six and ten, he lived in Malaysia before returning to Iran. The transition was challenging. Having already been exposed to different perspectives and opportunities, adapting to a more restrictive environment left him feeling limited in what he could pursue.

Rather than accepting those limitations, he focused on self-development.

At the age of ten, he began studying calligraphy and became involved in Iran’s art society. By twelve, he had entered the world of content creation. At fourteen, he gained early professional experience working with a mobile company, and by fifteen, he became the youngest participant in professional courses covering web design, coding, artificial intelligence, marketing, and SEO.

While many teenagers were still exploring their interests, Amirsaleh was actively building skills across multiple disciplines.

At sixteen, he returned to Malaysia to complete high school before continuing his education in Computer Science at the University of Southampton Malaysia.

Looking back, these experiences shaped more than his technical abilities. They reinforced a mindset that opportunities are rarely handed to you. They are created through initiative, curiosity, and consistent action.

Where Creativity Met Systems

Growing up, Amirsaleh found himself drawn toward both creative expression and technology.

His years studying calligraphy and engaging with artists taught him patience, discipline, and attention to detail. Long before he understood entrepreneurship, he was learning how meaningful work is developed through repetition and mastery.

At the same time, his growing fascination with technology introduced him to a completely different way of thinking.

While art emphasized expression, technology emphasized structure.

Rather than viewing these worlds separately, he began to recognize the relationship between them.

Content creation was often treated as spontaneous and unpredictable. Yet the most successful creators and businesses consistently relied on systems behind the scenes. Their success was not driven by creativity alone. It was supported by repeatable processes, strategic thinking, and operational structure.

“I’ve always sat at the intersection of media and technology.”

That realization would eventually become the foundation of his professional identity.

Over the following years, he immersed himself in video production, post-production, social media management, photography, live production, digital marketing, platform growth, and content creation.

His YouTube content accumulated more than one million views while his social media presence reached millions more. Along the way, he gained firsthand experience understanding how audiences engage with content and why certain ideas gain momentum while others disappear.

Yet the deeper lesson was never about algorithms.

It was about systems.

Learning to Navigate Isolation and Uncertainty

Behind the accomplishments and projects was another personal journey.

As a child, social interaction did not come naturally to him. He spent much of his early life working independently and often found comfort in solitude.

While that independence helped him become self-reliant, it also created challenges when it came to communication and relationships.

Building a business eventually forced him to confront those limitations.

Clients, collaborators, partners, and communities all required something beyond technical ability. They required genuine human connection.

Learning to communicate confidently became one of the most transformative aspects of his personal development.

The process involved stepping repeatedly into uncomfortable situations, engaging with people from different backgrounds, and developing confidence through experience.

Today, one of the qualities he values most is his ability to connect authentically with others despite the fact that it was once one of his greatest challenges.

The experience taught him a lesson that continues to guide his life: growth is often built through discomfort rather than talent alone.

Building Through Networks and Startups

At eighteen, Amirsaleh entered a new phase of his entrepreneurial journey.

He began working remotely for a Florida-based trading company while simultaneously launching his first startup alongside a close friend.

Around the same time, he joined Arc, a startup-focused society centered on ambitious thinking, innovation, and long-term impact. The community brought together entrepreneurs, builders, and visionaries who challenged one another to think beyond conventional limits.

Projects discussed within the community ranged from startups and technology ventures to bold initiatives such as building a charter city.

For Amirsaleh, Arc became far more than a networking group.

It served as a “network school” that exposed him to high-level thinking and surrounded him with individuals who were actively building the future they wanted to see.

The experience expanded his perspective, strengthened his network, and elevated his ambitions.

More importantly, it reinforced the belief that environment matters. The people you surround yourself with often shape the scale of your thinking.

Becoming a Founder Rather Than a Service Provider

Working within startup environments exposed Amirsaleh to the realities of building something from the ground up.

Unlike traditional environments where responsibilities are clearly defined, startup life required adaptability.

Every day introduced new challenges.

Every challenge demanded a different skill.

The experience taught him how to navigate uncertainty while maintaining momentum.

Over time, he realized his strengths extended beyond creative execution. He enjoyed solving operational challenges, identifying bottlenecks, and designing systems that helped organizations function more effectively.

Eventually, he reached a point where he wanted to build something entirely his own.

Launching his first solo startup marked a significant shift in identity.

No longer focused solely on delivering services, he began thinking like a founder.

That meant taking ownership of vision, execution, operations, growth, and long-term direction simultaneously.

For many people, uncertainty is intimidating.

For Amirsaleh, it became energizing.

Creating Order Within Digital Chaos

The founding of Curatix Content Agency represented the culmination of years spent exploring media, technology, and entrepreneurship.

At its core, the agency was built around a simple observation:

Most businesses do not suffer from a lack of content.

They suffer from a lack of structure.

Many organizations generate ideas constantly but struggle to organize, distribute, and scale those ideas effectively. Content becomes reactive rather than strategic.

Curatix was designed to solve that problem.

Instead of focusing solely on content production, the agency helps businesses build complete content ecosystems. These systems connect strategy, branding, publishing, media production, design, and distribution into a unified framework.

For Amirsaleh, this work brings together everything he has learned throughout his journey.

The discipline developed through art.

The systems thinking developed through technology.

The resilience learned through entrepreneurship.

And the communication skills developed through personal growth.

Together, they support a single mission: helping people create clarity from complexity.

“Content shouldn’t just be creative chaos, but a structured, scalable system.”

That philosophy continues to guide both his agency and his broader vision.

A New Chapter of Execution

Over the past year, Amirsaleh has focused heavily on expanding his network and building his personal brand on LinkedIn.

Through conversations with founders, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders, he experienced a significant shift in mindset.

Where he once spent considerable time analyzing opportunities, he increasingly embraced rapid execution.

The change allowed him to move faster, test ideas more effectively, and learn through action rather than speculation.

In March 2026, he relaunched Curatix Content Agency, applying years of experience in strategy, media, technology, and growth into a more refined business model.

The relaunch represented more than a business milestone.

It reflected a personal commitment to action over perfection.

Looking Beyond the Present Moment

Despite everything he has accomplished before the age of twenty, Amirsaleh views his journey as only the beginning.

His definition of success is not tied to titles, financial milestones, or public recognition.

Instead, he believes success is measured by the person someone becomes through repeated cycles of effort, failure, adaptation, and growth.

Now at nineteen, his ambitions extend beyond a single company.

His long-term vision includes launching multiple ventures focused on networking, growth systems, and founder development.

He is particularly passionate about helping reshape the mindset of the next generation of builders by creating environments where ambitious individuals can collaborate, learn, experiment, and grow together.

For him, entrepreneurship is not simply about creating businesses.

It is about creating ecosystems that help others unlock their potential.

The Long Game of Becoming

Perhaps the most remarkable aspect of Amirsaleh’s story is not the number of projects he has launched or the audiences he has reached.

It is the mindset that has carried him from a curious young creator to a founder building systems, communities, and ventures before the age of twenty.

His journey reflects a belief that growth comes through action rather than waiting for permission.

It reflects the value of patience in a world that often rewards speed.

And it reflects the understanding that success is rarely a straight line.

Through art, technology, entrepreneurship, and personal development, he has continued to embrace the uncomfortable process of becoming.

For Amirsaleh, the goal has never been perfection.

The goal has been progress.

And as he continues building the next chapter of his story, that commitment to learning, adapting, and creating may be the most valuable system he has built of all.
