Meet Xavier
Xavier Schwoerer is a young finance visionary at the intersection of traditional banking and cryptocurrency. A student and CEO, he has spent years immersing himself in financial markets, understanding client needs, and exploring innovative ways to build trust and create value. From early hands-on experiences with investing to leading complex projects in private banking, Xavier has continuously sought to bridge established financial practices with emerging digital opportunities, combining strategy, creativity, and a commitment to meaningful impact.
Curiosity has always been Xavier’s compass. From convincing his grandmother to invest with him at sixteen to leading Crypto Credis across Europe, he is driven by a desire to turn challenges into opportunities. “What drives my work today is the desire to innovate in finance and unlock new opportunities for crypto holders,” he says.
Early Journey
Born with a curiosity for finance that felt innate, Xavier’s earliest encounters with markets were hands-on.
“In 2020, during the market crash linked to the COVID-19 crisis, I saw a unique opportunity to start investing. Even though I was only 16, I convinced my grandmother to invest with me so I could take part,”
That formative experience introduced him to volatility, opportunity, and the long-term thinking that would define his path.
Xavier’s academic journey mirrored his passion. Studying at EM Strasbourg, the University of Liverpool, and now University Paris Dauphine, he combined theory with practice through internships at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg and ING Luxembourg. These roles gave him firsthand insight into private banking and client advisory, confirming what he already suspected: he wanted to build meaningful, trust-based relationships with clients.
The Turning Point
It was while working with high-net-worth clients in Luxembourg that Xavier saw a glaring gap in financial services. Private banks, he realized, were unable to accept cryptocurrency as collateral for Lombard loans.
“Seeing this gap made me aware of how much potential value, clients, and revenue were being left on the table,”
That insight sparked the creation of Crypto Credis — a platform allowing clients to leverage their crypto holdings in ways previously unavailable, all while working alongside established European banks.
The road hasn’t been without hurdles. Preparing for Hong Kong Consensus 2026, a key international event, proved unexpectedly complex. “We’re still students, and completing all the required documentation was far more time-consuming than expected. It reminded me of my humanitarian European trip when I was 19 — I often handled things at the last minute and somehow always made it work,” Xavier reflects. Through such challenges, he has learned that pressure, when mastered, becomes a catalyst for growth.
Their Work Today
Today, Xavier leads Crypto Credis with a focus on innovation and tangible client impact. The platform bridges traditional private banking with crypto, allowing investors to diversify, leverage, and unlock new financial possibilities.

Beyond technology, Xavier’s mission is grounded in trust and practical execution. His experience implementing a commercial strategy at a private bank taught him that
