A Voice Shaped by Courage
Maria Glazunova’s path to communication coaching began not in an office, but on a film set.
Growing up in Ukraine, Maria carried an ambitious dream: to act in English-language films. It seemed bold for someone whose first language was not English, yet curiosity and determination pushed her forward. After several years of training, she landed a leading role and became a co-producer in an international science-fiction film.
The experience demanded more than acting. Performing emotional scenes, memorizing scripts, and collaborating with an international team in a second language required courage and vulnerability.
It also reshaped how she understood communication.

At the same time, Maria realized that the constant drama of the film industry did not align with her values. Her attention shifted toward something equally powerful: the mechanics of human communication. That curiosity set the direction for the next chapter of her life.

“Home wasn’t a location. It was an internal state.”
