Meet Gloria
Gloria Adei Kotei is a Ghanaian entrepreneur, aviation executive, and business strategist. As the Founder and CEO of Go GoldCoast Private Jets and Zosia Bureau, she brings together expertise in aviation, international trade, business development, and consulting. With more than a decade of professional experience, she is committed to creating opportunities, strengthening African businesses, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
A Vision That Extends Beyond the Horizon
Some people build businesses because they recognize a gap in the market. Others do so because they carry a vision that refuses to stay small. For Gloria Adei Kotei, entrepreneurship has always been about something much deeper than commercial success. It is about connecting people across borders, creating opportunities that did not exist before, and showing what is possible when ambition is guided by purpose.
Every chapter of her journey reflects a willingness to step into unfamiliar spaces with confidence and curiosity. Whether studying abroad, working in international business, leading within aviation, or launching her own companies, she has consistently chosen growth over comfort. Her story is not simply about building successful ventures. It is about building bridges between Africa and the wider world while ensuring that the next generation sees possibilities where others once saw limitations.
As she explains,
“I define success as creating lasting impact while remaining true to my values.”
That belief has become the foundation beneath every decision she makes.
Learning From the World Before Leading Within It
Long before aviation became her professional home, Gloria was fascinated by the movement of people, ideas, and opportunities across countries. Her educational journey reflected that curiosity. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management in Morocco before continuing her studies with a Postgraduate Certificate in International Trade Development in Dubai. Later, she completed an MBA at the University of South Wales in the United Kingdom.
Each country expanded her understanding of business in different ways. Living among different cultures taught her that leadership requires both adaptability and empathy. It also demonstrated how international trade and commerce create opportunities that extend far beyond national borders.
Her travels reinforced these lessons. Visiting more than fifteen countries allowed her to experience diverse economies, business environments, and ways of life. Those experiences helped shape a global mindset while strengthening her appreciation for Ghana’s own potential.
Returning home, she began her professional career through Ghana’s National Service Scheme at the Ministry of Trade, Agri Business and Industry. The experience introduced her to public sector operations and international trade while giving her valuable insight into how economic development depends upon collaboration between government and private enterprise.
Over the following eleven years, she steadily built expertise across sales, marketing, consulting, customer relationship management, business development, and aviation. Although these industries appeared different on the surface, they shared one common thread. Each required understanding people, building trust, and creating solutions that genuinely improved outcomes.
Those experiences gradually prepared her for a challenge she had not yet imagined.
Choosing a Path Few Expected
Joining the aviation industry marked one of the defining moments of Gloria’s career. Private aviation demanded precision, discretion, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver exceptional service under pressure. It also introduced her to an industry that remained largely misunderstood across many parts of Africa.
She soon realized that private aviation represented far more than luxury travel. It served governments, business leaders, humanitarian missions, medical evacuations, and organizations that depended upon efficiency and speed during critical moments.
At the same time, she recognized an opportunity.
Ghana possessed enormous potential, yet awareness and accessibility within private aviation remained limited. Rather than accepting that reality, she began imagining what it might look like if African businesses played a larger role within the global aviation industry.
That vision eventually became Go GoldCoast Private Jets.
Leaving the stability of corporate leadership to establish her own company required courage. Like many entrepreneurs, she encountered financial constraints, uncertainty, and the responsibility of building credibility from the ground up. Every decision carried significant risk, particularly within a highly specialized industry.
Being a woman in aviation presented another layer of challenge. She often found herself working harder to establish trust and demonstrate expertise in environments where women remained underrepresented. Instead of allowing those experiences to discourage her, she viewed them as opportunities to strengthen both her knowledge and leadership.
Resilience became less about overcoming individual obstacles and more about remaining committed to a purpose that extended beyond personal achievement.
Her faith also became an important source of strength. Difficult seasons reminded her that setbacks often create opportunities for growth, reflection, and reinvention. Rather than focusing on temporary challenges, she continued investing in long term goals.
Building Businesses That Reflect Purpose
Today, Gloria leads two businesses that reflect different aspects of her vision.
Through Go GoldCoast Private Jets, she provides bespoke private charter solutions across Africa and internationally. Her work focuses on helping clients travel efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and discretion. Whether supporting business executives, governments, investors, or emergency missions, the company is built around understanding each client’s unique needs rather than offering a standard service.
Alongside aviation, she founded Zosia Bureau, a consulting firm offering business advisory, vehicle brokerage, real estate advisory, and strategic business solutions. Together, these ventures reflect her belief that entrepreneurship should solve real problems while creating sustainable opportunities for others.
For Gloria, leadership extends well beyond business performance. She believes successful companies should contribute positively to their communities and inspire future generations.
That philosophy explains why mentorship occupies such an important place within her work. She actively encourages young professionals to pursue careers in aviation, international trade, business, and other industries where representation remains limited. By sharing both her successes and challenges, she hopes others will recognize that meaningful careers are built through continuous learning, resilience, and integrity rather than shortcuts.
She is particularly passionate about demonstrating that African owned businesses can compete confidently on the global stage without compromising their values or identity.
As she says,
“Your background does not define your future. Your vision, determination, and willingness to keep learning do.”
That message reflects not only her advice but also the story she has lived.
Looking Beyond Today’s Success
Although Gloria is proud of what she has built, she speaks about the future with even greater enthusiasm.
Her ambition is to grow Go GoldCoast Private Jets into one of Africa’s most trusted private jet brokerage firms while expanding into aircraft management, aviation consulting, luxury travel solutions, and strategic partnerships that strengthen the continent’s role within global aviation.
Equally important is her commitment to education and mentorship. She hopes to establish an aviation academy and mentorship platform that equips aspiring professionals with practical knowledge, industry exposure, and the confidence to pursue careers that once seemed out of reach.
She also intends to continue expanding her work in consulting, international trade, and investment, creating businesses that generate employment while supporting long term economic development across Africa.
These ambitions are not driven by recognition alone. They reflect a desire to create structures that continue serving others long after individual achievements fade.
For Gloria, lasting success means leaving behind stronger industries, stronger communities, and stronger leaders than the ones she inherited.
The Legacy She Is Creating
Gloria Adei Kotei’s journey demonstrates that leadership is rarely defined by titles alone. It is shaped by the willingness to embrace uncertainty, remain committed to personal values, and create opportunities where none previously existed.
From classrooms across three continents to boardrooms within aviation and entrepreneurship, she has consistently chosen paths that demanded courage, adaptability, and faith. Every experience has strengthened her belief that business can become a platform for service, innovation, and meaningful change.
As she continues building globally respected African businesses, her greatest contribution may not be measured by aircraft, contracts, or corporate milestones. It may be found in the young professionals who discover new possibilities because someone before them had the courage to imagine a different future.
For Gloria, the destination has never been personal success alone. It has always been about opening doors for others and ensuring that Africa’s place within the global business landscape is defined not by limitations but by leadership, excellence, and lasting impact.
